- Since the reform and open, as the labor moving from the rural areas to cities in large scale, a lot of Left-in women had appeared in rural area. Generally, they have little knowledge bear great pressures both in economy and mentality. - In order to help the Left-in women overcome poverty and achieve prosperity by taking advantage of the traditional technological handcraft, European Union Aid appropriated 530 thousand Eur to “Indigo” project which is designed and supervised by Italian COSPE association. Shimenkan training process
The first promote training and research of INDIGO was launched in Shimenkan village, Weining County Guizhou Province from Feb 24th to March 4th,2010.
